Of my biggest consideration:

I authorize the Bank of the Nation Argentina so that it provides reports Internet route or Network Deprived of information and realizes deals on my accounts, cards, operations and others services that the Bank implements across his service of Home Banking under the following conditions that it declared to know and to accept:

The FIRST: APPLICATIONS OF THE SYSTEM. The Key of Personal Access granted for Shared Home Banking (PIN Home banking) and the user's code in form joint they will enable me to produce the following ones consultations and deals:
A. YOU CONSULT on: · account balances · last account movements · currencies quotation
B. DEALS (handling of funds) between proper accounts linked of the same ADHERENT · · Transferences to accounts of third or "not linked" · Transferences to the account of the ADHERENT in AFJP · Payment of Credit cards · Different payments
C. AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OF SERVICES · I pay the first time - Generation of Brief Code · Consultations of hanging expirations · You consult of carried out payments · Consultation of brief codes
D. INFORMATION OF THE BANK · Letter of credence of the Bank · On products · On services · On Divisions

SECOND: I ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM: Adherence to the System. The access to the service will be realized by means of a personal computer connected to a modem across a telephone line, providing the user's code and the personal access key to the Shared Home banking. The personal key is secret non-transferable and therefore I assume the consequences of his publication to third, liberating the Bank of all responsibility that from it stems. I instruct the Bank so that he accepts this one and understands that any identity, fact must be understood by me. In such a case, and compliment the above mentioned requisites, the Bank will be able to think that such an instruction has come valid, legitimately and authentically of the commanding one without need of carrying out, realizing or taking no other security, from no nature. I give up putting up definitely defense based on defect of accreditation of the existence of the consultation or the use of the key, taking up office like essential of the contract any juridical consequence of the use of system in my name. The execution for my part of the electronic adherence order, every time I entered to the system, implies the capture of knowledge and adherence to all the clauses and conditions that govern this one SYSTEM. The BANK reserves the right to push the present back request if to his criterion technical reasons were disabling -in transitory or permanent form - my connection to SYSTEM.

THIRD: VALIDITY. The BANK will confirm the monetary deals arranged in line through a message in which it should record the date, the amount and the concept as answer to my instructions. They will not have any validity the formulated instructions across Electronic Mail (E-mail)

FOURTH: IRREVOCABILITY. Them operations arranged by me and confirmed his reception by the BANK they will not be able to be revoked under any form or I come up to my scope.

IT CONSCRIPTS: CONFIDENTIALITY. The key of Personal Access granted for Shared Home Banking (PIN Home Banking) and the user's code in joint form, they will be personal, secret and non-transferable, being kept out of spreading the same ones to third.
The Client must entrust in Network Link in the handling that it realizes of the Key of I access.

SIXTH: RESPONSIBILITIES. I assume the responsibility for the undue or inadequate use of the SYSTEM, taking charge of all the damages and corresponding damages, without it preventing the faculty of the BANK to suspend and/or to interrupt the service. The BANK does not assume any responsibility for the disadvantages that it had with the hardware (equipment) used to get connected to this system.

The SEVENTH: FULFILLMENT OF THE INSTRUCTIONS. The Bank will be forced to fulfill with the given instructions if I will not count with the funds sufficient for it. Also it will be able to differentiate them in case of technical disadvantages.

OCTAVE: FORM OF THE SERVICES. The services that the Bank implements will give in the form and places that it determines freely.

NINTH: IT TRIES THE DEALS. I accept the test of the existence of the experienced orders for me, which arises from the elements that compose informative system and this way also any test that it is skillful to credit my order.

TENTH: COMPENSATION OF FUNDS. There stays the Bank authorized to compensate with funds existing in the Bank of my belonging, or to debit in me checking account and/or savings bank, still in overdraft, especially expenses, present or future possible taxes.

ELEVENTH: EXPIRATION OF THE SERVICE. The nonperformance on the part of the client of anyone of assumed obligations, or any of the fixed conditions in the present, will cause it automatically expiration of the service, staying the Bank authorized to modify the system in order to interrupt the service of the same one without previous notice.

TWELFTH: RESCISSION. Both the signatory and the Bank will be able to leave without effect the relation that arises from the present, with a notice of 48 hours, without another responsibility that the derivative of expenses caused until this day, who cancels contract will have to notify it for reliable way. In the assumption of completion or cancellation of the present service in general form on the part of the Bank, I will not have right to perceive indemnification of any nature.

THIRTEENTH: SPECIAL DOMICILE. For the possible case of judicial claims, the correspondent will consider domicile legally constituted to my account current and/or savings bank and other clauses of the contract will be of application also of opening of checking account and/or savings bank. To all the emergent effects of this adherence, Bartolomé Mitre constitutes the BANK domicile in the street 326 of the city of Buenos Aires To all the effects derived from the present, I surrender to the jurisdiction of the Federal courts of the Federal Capital of the Republic Argentina. Accepting the conditions above stipulated, I subscribe and adhere to the service of Shared Home Banking of the Bank of the Nation Argentina
