Labor Minimal antiquity:
Workpeople in dependency relation: Six months in the employment
(contratados:un year in the employment and current contract)
Autonomous:
Inscribed into Profit: One year in the exercise of the profession or office to partirde the presentation of the first DD.JJ. Profit.
Monotributistas: Two years in the exercise of the profession or office from lainscripción in the Monotax.

Necessary papers

Identity card (D.N.I) and photocopy of the same one.
Last Summary of credit card or Invoice of recent fixed service addressed to the petitioner.

Workpeople in dependency relation:
last salary receipts (*).
Last ANSES summary.
Steadfastness of labor inscription, CUIL assigned by the ANSES.

(*) The receipt will have to contain: information of the employer (name or social reason, domicile and CUIT), information of the employee (names and surname and CUIL), it dates of revenue the company, professional / charge / category dates of assertion in the work, qualification, liquidated period, detail of the perceived gross remunerations, date of the last deposit of social security contributions and period to which it corresponds, detail of the retentions / deductions that are carried out and the clear amount perceived with date and signature of the employer. In his defect, it will have to present complementarily certification of the employer certified by banking institution.

Last receipt of cashing of retirement or pension.
