BASES AND CONDITIONS PROMOTION “YOU BUY NATION TEACHER”

1. The present promotion (the "Promotion") organized by Argencard S.A. (the "Organizer") with domicile in the street Peru 143 of the City of Buenos Aires performs national scope and it will be carried out from the day 15/09/06 to 15/12/06.
   
   
2. There will be able only to take part major persons of age and who have his domicile in the Republic Argentina. There will be able to inform of the Promotion the personnel of the Organizer, of the Bank of the Nation either Argentina, of MasterCard Mercosur Inc, of MasterCard Internacional Inc. nor any of the relatives of any of them up to the second consanguinity grade and firstly of affinity.
   
   
3. The participation in the Promotion implies the acceptance of the Bases that regulate it that they can be consulted: (i) in the divisions of the Bank of the Nation Argentina (the "Bank"); (ii) in the web site www.directdoo.com (iii) or by telephone communicating to the Center of Contacts of the BNA 0810-666-4444 of Monday to Friday from 8 to 20 hs.
   
   
4. The participation in this Promotion can be realized:
   
   (a) Without buy obligation. The persons who want to take part will be able to meet to some of the divisions of the Bank, in bank working days inside the opening hours to the public of the Bank, during the validity of the Promotion and to register to be able to take part of the drawings. Every person will be able to register even once per day, during the whole period that the Promotion lasts. Every record will grant a chance and will allow to take part in the drawings that correspond in accordance with the date of revenue of the participation.
   
   (b) For buys with card of debit BNA Teacher “Common“: The holders of checking accounts or savings banks opened in the Bank in the country (the "Accounts"), will take part automatically across the buys realized in the whole territory of the Republic Argentina with cards of debit of the Bank Nation with Main attribute associated with the above mentioned accounts. They will only inform the buys realized during the validity of the Promotion and presented to the cashing by the establishments inside the above mentioned term. They will inform those deals that constitute buys of goods or services for totals equal or superior to $ 100,00. There are not included consultations of balances, advances of cash and any movement carried out on the Accounts without the use of a card of debit of the Bank Nation with Main attribute, like automatic debits, payments by means of checks and deposits in cash. Every buy equal or superior to $ 100,00 of goods or hiring of services will grant a chance in the corresponding monthly drawing.
   They will not take part of the drawings of this category, the titular associates of card of debit of the "Social" Main BNA Plans Chiefs of Hearth, He programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment.

There are not included consultations of balances, advances of cash and any movement carried out on the Accounts without the use of a card of debit of the Bank Nation with Main attribute, like automatic debits, payments by means of checks and deposits in cash. Every buy of goods or hiring of services will grant a chance in the corresponding monthly drawing.
   
   
5. Periodically the Organizer will add the shares received to a database assigning in every case a number of order, to come from the following way:
   
   (a) Monthly drawings: card of debit BNA Teacher “Common“: With the shares got for the routes foreseen in the sections (a) and (b) of the point 4 during every monthly period, it will be made a database to draw lots between such records the winners of these drawings.
   
   (b) Monthly drawings: card of debit BNA Teacher “Social“ Plans Chiefs of Hearth, Programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment: The shares joined the form foreseen in the section (c) of the point 4 together with the received ones across the participation system without obligation of buy of the section (a) of the same point, along every monthly period, will integrate another database to effects of determining the winners of these drawings. All the records joined every database will intervene in the only drawing, according to the date of revenue of the participation.
   
   
6. The records joined the database mentioned in the point 5 (a) will intervene in different monthly drawings that will be realized in accordance with the following scheme:
   
   1st drawing: 10/30/2006. The buys will intervene accumulated from 15/09/06 to 00:00 hs. to 15/10/06 until 15:00 hs. and the shares without buy obligation deposited during the same period.
   
   2nd drawing: 11/27/2006. The buys will intervene accumulated from 15/10/06 at 15:01 hs. to 15/11/06 until 15:00 hs and the shares without buy obligation deposited during the same period.
   
   3rd drawing: 26/12/06. The buys will intervene accumulated from 15/11/06 to 3:01:00 PM to 15/12/06 at 24:00 hs. and the shares without buy obligation deposited during the same period.
   
   
7. The records joined the database mentioned in the point 5 (b) will intervene in different monthly drawings that will be realized in accordance with the following scheme:
   
   1st drawing: 10/30/2006. The buys will intervene accumulated from 15/09/06 to 00:00 hs. to 15/10/06 until 15:00 hs. and the shares without buy obligation deposited during the same period.
   
   2nd drawing: 11/27/2006. The buys will intervene accumulated from 15/10/06 at 15:01 hs. to 15/11/06 until 15:00 hs and the shares without buy obligation deposited during the same period.
   
   3rd drawing: 26/12/06. The buys will intervene accumulated from 15/11/06 to 3:01:00 PM to 15/12/06 at 24:00 hs. and the shares without buy obligation deposited during the same period.
   
   
8. The procedure for the election of the winners will consist of a series of monthly drawings realized across a program of computing or for bolillero to election of the Organizer, selecting this way, along the whole promotion a whole of 9 (nine) winners and 27 (twenty-seven) substitute ones of cards of debit BNA Teacher “Common“ mentioned in the point 5 and 750 (seven hundred fifty) winners and 750 (seven hundred fifty) substitute of cards of debit BNA Teacher “Social“ Plans Chiefs of Hearth, He programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment mentioned in the point 5.
   
   
9. 10. The beneficiaries of the drawings will become deserving of different awards in accordance with the following detail:
    
    (a) Drawings beneficiaries for cards of debit BNA Teacher “Common“: three motorcars Chevrolet Corsa 3 doors, base, OKm.
    
    (b) Drawings beneficiaries for cards of debit BNA Teacher “Social“ Plans Chiefs of Hearth, Programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment. In each of the drawings, awards will be awarded in accordance with the following chronological order:
    1st to 100th winners: $ 150.00 (Weight Hundred fifty) in cash, that Chiefs of Hearth will credit in the account linked to the card of debit BNA Teacher “Social“ Plans, Programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment.
    101st to 200th winners: $ 100.00 (Weight Hundred) in cash, that Chiefs of Hearth will credit in the account linked to the card of debit BNA Teacher “Social“ Plans, Programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment.
    201st to 250th winners: $ 50.00 (Weight Fifty) in cash, that Chiefs of Hearth will credit in the account linked to the card of debit BNA Teacher “Social“ Plans, Programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment.
    
    
11. The mathematical probability of awarding of the awards will depend on the participants' quantity. In case of the cards of debit BNA Teacher “Common“, if 1.500.000 deals appear, the probability of turning out to be a winner will be 9 in 1.500.000. For the case of the cards of debit BNA Teacher “Social“ Plans Chiefs of Hearth, Programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment, if 1.500.000 deals appear, the probability of turning out to be a winner will be 750 in 1.500.000.
    
    
12. The beneficiaries of both drawings (Cards of debit BNA Teacher “Common“ y “Social“ Plans Chiefs of Hearth, Programmes Families for the Social Inclusion and Insurance of Training and Employment), in case of not being present at once, will be notified by telephone and by mail in the last registered domicile or in the denounced domicile or across a newspaper of major national circulation inside 48 hs. skillful of realized the drawing.

    The winners of the awards of a certain category will not have right to gain access to the awards corresponding to another category.
    
    
13. The awards of the cards of debit BNA Teacher “Common“ will deliver to themselves in 30 days of certified the identity of the winners and of having fulfilled the previous requisites. In case of absence of presentation for the reception of the award the procedure will be applicable foreseen in the point 12.
    
    
14. When the total of the award is superior to $ 1.200, the same one will have left the right determined to that the winners answer properly three questions of culture or general interest before the Public Notary that the Organizer should designate, for which the winners will have to meet to the domicile designated by the Organizer, in the date determined by the same one. The inaccuracy of the answers as well as the non-attendance in opportune time and it forms, it will produce the loss of all right to the award, they resorting to the substitute ones for chronological order.
    
    
15. The awards are subject to availability on the part of the providers according to the time conditions, person and/or place that they govern at the moment of his delivery for the market of the product of which it is a question being able to be replaced for otro/s premio/s equivalente/s in case of unavailability by major cause, case fortuitous or facts of third.
    
    
16. The Organizer and the Bank will not grant quality guarantee, not no other, in relation to the offered awards, must direct any claim for him to the manufacturer and/or to the distributor of the products. Neither the Organizer nor the Bank will be responsible for the damages or damages that the winners or third ones could suffer with motive and / or occasion of the participation in the present contest and/or of the use of the awards, declining all kinds of contractual and/or extracontractual responsibility opposite to the winners and/or third ones, what is accepted unconditionally by every participant.
    
    
17. The motorcars will deliver to themselves with the expenses of patentamiento and of transference payments, but all the rest expenses that arise from taxes, sealed, you appraise and/or any other sum that should subscribe in the face of the Property docket of the Railcar, before the Headquarter of Revenues, AFIP and/or any other organism they will be to exclusive charge of the winners.

18. The awards are non-transferable and in no case they will be able to be exchanged by another good. The awards of the cards of debit BNA Teacher “Common“ will not be able to be exchanged by cash. No person will be able to do creditor to herself to any more than one award for drawing.
    
    
19. The Organizer and the Bank reserve the right to spread the name, number of document, images and/or voice of the winners and his relatives with advertizing ends for the term of one year in the means and forms that they consider to be suitable, without right to some compensation.
    
    
20. Previous notification and approval for National Lottery S.E., the Organizer, with express authorization of the Bank, will be able to modify the duration of the Promotion, the awards to be delivered or any of the terms and conditions of the bases, giving the due communication and publicity and carrying out the necessary legal procedures before the authority of application.
    
    
21. Any tax, tax, valuation, contribution or retention, current or future, that should be paid or originates on or as regards the awards it will be in charge of the winners, except the Tax to the Contests, Contests and Drawings of the Province of Mendoza. The expenses that result from the participation in the Promotion will be in charge of every participant. The expenses which the winners incur to claim and/or to withdraw his awards, will be in charge of the winners.
    
    
22. The Organizer and/or the Bank do not assume responsibility for circumstances not foreseen in these bases that they could interrupt or alter the normal development of the Promotion.
    
    
23. Organizer together with the Bank there will be the only ones that will have decision faculty with regard to any situation not foreseen in these bases and the resolutions that he adopts on this matter they will be definitive and inappealable. 24. The Organizer declares only one responsible for the delivery of the totality of the awards, liberating and exempting from all responsibility to the enabling entity for any nonperformance. The beneficiaries do express and voluntary resignation to any claim of judicial administrative, judicial or extra nature against the Lottery of the Province of Cordova S.E.
