2. The following terms and conditions for the participation in the "Program of Benefits Banco Nación" (from now on: the Program), descriptas will be considered to be a complement and an integral part of the clauses and particular conditions in the requests and/or contracts of the Credit cards and/or debit and of the products and/or services of Banco Nación that will be able to join in the future to the Program, which will support entirely his validity.
3. There inform of this Program all the titular clients of accounts of credit cards and the first holders of accounts of Savings banks and Checking accounts with card debit associated with the above mentioned accounts of Banco Nación, expressed in the Republic Argentina (from now on: the cliente/s). The participation in the same one is without any charge. With regard to It Counts Company of credit cards, only the account holders will take part with individual invoicing.
4. The additional credit cards and debit of the holders of the respective accounts will accumulate points automatically in the account of the Program of the holder of the same ones. All the cards, products and/or services that are included to the same account of the Program will be named the Only Account of the Associates (from now on: The Only account).
5. Banco Nación reserves the right to push the inscription back to the Program of the clients who in some moment have registered nonperformances with some of the products and/or services of Banco Nación.

Accumulation of Points
6. The date of commencement of the present program is 12/1/2003.
7. For every legitimate consumption realized by the client and his additional ones in the Republic Argentina and in the exterior points will become famous in accordance with the following scale:
· For consumptions realized with the credit cards of Banco Nación: $ 1 = 1 point
· For consumptions realized with the card of debit of Banco Nación: $ 2 = 1 point
· For consumptions realized in the exterior with the credit cards of Banco Nación: u$s1 (or his equivalent) = 1 point
· For consumptions realized in the exterior with the cards of debit of Banco Nación: u$s2 (or his equivalent) = 1 point
This puntaje relation will be able to be modified to criterion of Banco Nación when he considers suitably.
Be calculated nor accumulated the minor fractions to a point.
8. They do not think for the points calculation with the credit cards: the cash advances in a payment and in quotas, interests of financing, interests punitorios and compensatory, value-added tax and any other tax and/or applicable valuation in the present or future; costs of the service of assistance to the traveler, charges for emission and mailing of account summary, charges for excesses on the limit of buy, annual charge and cost of renewal of the credit card, life insurances on debit balance and on loans, charges for cash advances in a payment and in quotas, and other charges invoiced to the client. With regard to the cards of debit there will be excluded to the effects of calculating points, all the deals that they do not answer to pure buys realized in adherent commerce.
9. The consumptions turn into points in the process carried out at the beginning of every month, whenever all the coupons have been presented by the adherent commerce, in time and it forms, without being free the consultation of piled up points updated in any moment of the month. The points will accumulate in the period that corresponds according to the following criterion:
- Card of Debit: for lodgement date, on the part of the commerce, the coupons of the carried out deals and for month periods calendar.
- Credit card: For account closing process there accumulates in the month calendar that corresponds.

10. The points accumulation for operations in quotas realized with the credit cards will be calculated by every liquidated quota.
11. The points accumulated in the Program do not constitute a property of the Client and perish or expire with the ending of the Program, or at the moment of expiration of the same ones, what earlier happens. The points are not transferable to any other person or entity not under any title and neither they will be able to be transferred to any other Only Account of the Program, except express assent of Banco Nación.
12. The Points accumulated in the Program do not have any monetary value and they will have validity of 2 (two) years since they were accumulated. Conquered this period the points accumulated in the same one will expire and they will be excluded automatically from the balance of the Only Account.

Information of Points and Awards of the Program

13. The points accumulated in every month, they will find out across the summaries of Credit cards, of the function of consultation in Cash dispensers, of Home Banking and of Center of Telephone Attention of the Program.
14. The associates will be able to consult his awards and conditions of the Program communicating with the Center of Telephone Attention of the Program to 0810-666-1515 or entering to the web page of Banco Nación www.directdoo.com.

Rewards / Awards
15. The rewards or awards are all those benefits that the associate will be able to receive exchanging the necessary piled up points to receive the elected award. All the rewards are subject to availability.
16. The awards request will be done based on the points accumulated to the date of the same one. The defeated points will not be able to be claimed like award.
17. The points will be able to be exchanged by some of the awards that correspond in accordance with the current Catalog of Awards at the moment of requesting the award.
18. To exchange his points for awards, the associates will have to communicate with the Center of Telephone Attention of the Program (0810 6661515) from Monday until Friday, of 8:00 to 20:00 hours.
19. For the delivery of the award in the domicile of the client, it will only be needed that the person who receives it is major than 18 years crediting his identity by means of document exhibition. The mailing of the award is without charge for the client.
20. Whenever it is requested and obtains a gift, the points corresponding to the same one will be deducted of the Only Account, in accordance with the needed in the Catalog of Awards.
21. The selection and modification of the awards that will integrate the Catalog of Awards as well as the validity of the same one is an attribution and exclusive right of Banco Nación. At the end of the validity of mentioned Catalog and/or depletion of stock announced, Banco Nación will be able to modify the Catalog of Awards to his only will without right on the part of the taking part clients to be objected nor protest for the above mentioned change.
22. The awards are personal and non-transferable and they will only be exchanged by the holder of the Only Account. The awards are not exchangeable for cash for cash.
23. When the elected award is a product, it will be sent to the domicile of the client inside fifteen (15) working days later to the request of the same one. In all the cases the delivery is subject to the existence of stock, which will be informed in every case across the Catalog of Awards. The colors, sizes and specifications are subject to modification. In case of the stock becomes exhausted, there will be informed the client, who will be able to choose for an alternative award. Changes of awards are not admitted.
24. When the elected award is a certificate of passages of cabotage or tourist bundle that will give right to the client to request some of the awards that correspond to the reached Scale of Awards, will be sent to the domicile of the client inside 15 (fifteen) working days later to the request of the same one.
This certificate will have validity for 1 () year, from his date of issue, to be exchanged by the premio/s ganado/s in the designated tourist operator.

25. In case of there is not possible the delivery of the award requested by causes foreign to the will of Banco Nación, this one reserves the right to replace the same ones by others of equal or similar value.
26. The claims for damaged awards or error as for the assigned award, will have to be carried out at the moment of his delivery. In such cases the client will not have to receive the same one. Claims will not be accepted for such reasons with posteriority to his delivery.
27. There will not be able to exchange points for awards those clients who are inhibited of operating neither with some of the products and/or services of Banco Nación nor those clients who dismissed the totality of his products adhered to the Program.
28. The responsibility of the Bank Nation, it limits itself exclusively to the delivery of the award or of the corresponding certificate on the part of the company indicated in the Catalog of Awards or for whom the Bank Nation indicates in his substitution. The Bank Nation will not be responsible for the damages that the beneficiary of the award could suffer, caused by the products or services selected by the client or by whom they are entrusted to offer the service. The products or services selected by the clients will be subject only to the guarantee of the manufacturer of the products or lender of the services, according to the case. Banco Nación does not assume any type of responsibility for the trip or his consequences or for any other service that the client was hiring with the tourist operator or another operator, when the award is a passage or tourist bundle.

Points of the Program. Other Situations
29. The Program will be able to deduce of the Only Account of the client any point credited by error and any point related to a deal that was cancelled or re-spilled or fitted and any obtained point contradicting the Terms and conditions of Adherence to the Program.
30. The associates will be able to exchange the points for a reward in twenty-four (24) months told from the date of monthly accreditation of the points in the Only Account; the opposite case, the points which accreditation has happened with twenty-four (24) months of advance at the end of every month, will lose his value and they will be cancelled and deduced of the Only Account of the client.

General considerations

31. The Bank Nation takes responsibility neither for the coupons not presented by the commerce, nor for the coupons pushed back for being incorrect not for those presented out of date.
32. The participation in the Program is fastened to terms, conditions, regulations, dispositions of politics and procedures established by Banco Nación. Any nonperformance of the Regulation of the Program, any abuse of the rights of the same one, any opposite conduct on part of / the cliente/s in individual or collective form to the detriment of the interests of the Bank Nation, will be able to result in the annulment of the awards and/or earned surpluses, without right to claim on part of / the client / century
33. Banco Nación does not become a person in charge for passages or lost or not used certificates.
34. Any fraudulent attitude related to the accumulation of points or swap of rewards, attributed to the client, will take as a result the loss of the piled up points, as well as the cancellation of the Only Account of the Client of the Program.
35. Banco Nación reserves the right to modify, to add or to cancel any award without previous notice as this way also the scales of necessary points to gain access to each of them.
36. The validity of the Program is 2 (two) years from 1/12/03, with automatic renewal for periods 2 (two) years. Banco Nación reserves the right to cancel this previous Program I warn the Clients with 90 (ninety) days of anticipation to the date of cancellation. The points accumulated up to the date of ending of the Program will be able to be exchanged by awards in 3 (three) immediate following months to the above mentioned date; after this period they will stay without effect or any value for any claim on this matter.
37. The participation in the Program involves the knowledge and acceptance, for the Clients, of all the Terms and conditions established in this Regulation.
