It redeemed different functions in the Public sector in the province of Jujuy and in the National ambience, standing out like vice-president of the Bank of the Province of Jujuy.

He devotes himself to the Agricultural Activity from 1975, presiding at different associations and federations in the tobacco sector.

He was a President of the International Association of Producers of Tobacco (I.T.G.A).

It occupied the Undersecretary's charge of Agricultural Economy of the Agriculture Department, Cattle, Fishing and Food of the Nation.
