“The holder of the personal information has the faculty to exercise the right of access to the same ones in free form at intervals not lower than six months, unless the established credits a legitimate interest to the similar effect in the article 14, interjection 3 of the Law N� 25.326". “The NATIONAL DIRECTION OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, Organ of Control of the Law N� 25.326, has the attribution of attending to the denunciations and claims that intervene in relation to the nonperformance of the norms on protection of personal information”.
