To facilitate the access to the financing for the incorporation of Computer Technology to the productive textile of mike and small-scale enterprises of the whole country. This one line will allow to such companies to obtain a financing to discounted and long-term valuations, contributing with it to his technological development and to the progress of his competitiveness. Also, one tries to invigorate hard the productive sector MiPyME of Software and Computer Services, especially as for the innovation and the development of new products, promoting this way both links of the chain.

Recipients

Companies of national origin of any economic sector, which they consider to be “a microcompany“ in accordance with the Disposition 147/2006 of the Sepyme, and with cuenten with a year of functioning or more.

Provider companies of SSI

They will have to be of national origin and qualify like “microcompany“ in accordance with the Disposition 147/2006 of the Sepyme (reference sector: it manages). Every company will be able to provide of software and computer services across this line up to a maximum total of $ 150.000. In case of realizing a new development or a substantial progress of the existing one, it will be able to extend his quota to $ 150.000 more.

In all the cases, the acquired software must have been developed by the same company that provides it - and to be provided preferably with record of property of the product - or to have been developed on a base of software Open Source.

Instrumentation

All the projects of incorporation of Computer Technology that should appear will have to be provided with the technical guarantee of a university or public institution recognized in the subject-matter (like the INTI). The presentation will be realized across Organizations of the Civil society (OSC) previously credited before the PRODER for such an end. The OSC will receive by way of commission 5 % of the whole of the financing of the approved project, which will have to contemplate the possible costs of the technical guarantee. The universities that offer technical guarantee also will be able to become famous like OSC to work like window of the program.

The TECHNICAL GUARANTEE will have to contain the following aspects:
- Reasonableness of the product for the credit petitioner.
- That the product fulfills with the characteristics demanded in the line.
- To verify the coherence of the cost of the product.

Form

In weight, and up to a $ maximum 40.000 (weight forty thousand) for project. Also, every SSI provider company will have a maximum limit of $ 150.000 to provide with software and computer services Mipymes across this line.

Percentages of financing

Up to 90 % of the entire total of the presented project, including the VAT.

Period and Interests

Up to 48 months, in weight, with a fixed valuation of 7 %.

Diet of Amortization

In all the cases it will be liquidated by means of the French system. The regularity of the payment of the capital amortizations they will be agreed by the client, in accordance with the funds flow and in accordance with the seasonal nature of his income, in coincidental form by the interest services, being able to be monthly, quarterly or half-yearly.

Payments

The credit will operate with up to 2 (two) payments.

Favourable time

Like general norm, it will be able to be of up to 6 months from the signing of the contract of loan. The expiration of the first quota of amortization will take place a month, trimester or semester later to the date of ending of the favourable time. In no case there will be favourable time for interests payment.
