 GUARANTEES OF IMPORT
It is an irrevocable and unconditional payment guarantee with a pre-established date, with big acceptance on the principal international markets.
In the operations of import of capital goods or current goods that are provided with financing of the foreign exporter, generally, the last one needs of the local importer that the financed part is arranged by means of the emission of letters that will have to be accepted by the importer and to endorsed by a Bank.
The Bank Nation proceeds with this type of operations with linked clients crediticiamente.
For the guarantee, the Bank perceives a commission that changes according to the period.
CUSTOMS GUARANTEES
To request of the companies that operate in exterior commerce, the Bank of the Nation Argentina expresses guarantees before the D.G.A. to guarantee possible rights differences, it is missing of papers, temporary import, terrestrial transit, etc. to gain access to this service, the signature in question will have to link crediticiamente to the Bank.
CREDIT LETTERS STAND-BY
There are an instruments used as guarantee of a contract of loan or another type of contracts linked to diverse services like being: offer maintenance in international tenders, maintenance of price, provision and execution of works, etc. (bid bonds, payment bonds, perfomance bonds)
The Bank of the Nation Argentina provides these instruments in order to guarantee obligations assumed by our clients in the exterior. Also adviser operates the BNA like bank in the credit letters that are received from the exterior in favor of the companies in the Argentina, being able to realize his assertion if it is needed.
