REPORT DIRECT INVESTMENTS IN THE EXTERIOR AND IN THE COUNTRY
The Central Bank of the Republic Argentina has implemented one new informative diet for the declaration, on the part of the natural persons and juridical residents and not residents in the country, of the direct investments and real estate in the exterior and in the country, respectively. (Communications “A ” 4237 and“A ” 4305)
The informants will have to present his declarations across the financial institutions, in a term not bigger than 90 continuous days, to set off of the date of reference, being the above mentioned on December 31 and 30 of June.
For the declaration of the present informative diet, B.C.R.A. has put at the disposal of the financial institutions an aplicativo in CD to be distributed between the forced ones to the above mentioned declaration. For it, interested parties will be able to obtain theirs saying aplicativo in any of the divisions of Directdoo.
